HSA Workplan & Budget Drafting Workshop
Between the 17th and 18th of November a 2016 workplan and budget drafting retreat was held at Chita Lodge in Kafue. Participants included partners from Amref, Achest and members of the MeTA Council. The objective of this workshop was to align the 2017 workplan and budget towards achievement of
a) Thematic Areas
b) Short, medium and long term outcomes
c) Coordination, synergy and networking amongst partners in the thematic areas
d) Align agendas and synergies within the context partners
